Palazzina residenziale per 40 appartamenti

This work presents two aspects of particular interest. The aim was to
impart dignity to the apartments in a building whose construction
costs necessarily had to be kept low, hence the highly poetic roong
system.The architecture here no longer appears to be anchored by
weight. The arching of the roofs is a sort of plastic deformation that
energizes the planimetric composition. The plans of the building are
arranged in a free composition.This complexity can, however, seldom
be seen in the individual apartments. The inclusion of mezzanines in
the rooms on the top 3oor gives the roofs a freely rippling
appearance, which has two consequences.
