The project has the objective to preserve the memory of the place, adapting to the contemporary uses, thanks to the use of high-performance and innovative materials well balanced with the environment in which they are used.

The restoration of the facades, the energy efficiency, the structural reinforcement, the new environmental solutions and the integration with tailor-made furnitures, give a new memory to someone who already has one.
